What monitoring covers
The subscription is built around three recurring deliverables. Not a one-off inspection — a small annual program that gives a portfolio manager a written record they can hand to a board, an underwriter, or counsel.
Annual on-site walk
One full-program site walk per portfolio, scheduled annually. The same consulting arborist each cycle — not a rotating subcontractor. Walk scope is set with the portfolio manager in advance so the route and target lists track the year's changes.
Written risk update with photo log
A bound, written deliverable per site — every inventoried tree tagged by ID with its current TRAQ rating, target-zone notes, and dated photographs. Boards, property managers, and counsel receive the same artifact, not a different version of the same report.
Priority response window
Monitoring subscribers retain a defined response window for conditions reported between annual walks — storms, irrigation failures, observed failures, neighbor concerns. The window is short, and the report goes to the same portfolio manager every time.
